Natural-Looking Results, Always
There’s a common concern that neuromodulators will leave you looking “frozen” or overdone. My approach is always subtle and natural.
The goal isn’t to erase every line, but to soften the effects of aging while maintaining your natural expression. I also guide clients on how neuromodulators differ from dermal fillers, and how combining treatments can often deliver the best results.
For example, treatments like Fotona4D® can improve skin tightening, allowing for more refined and minimal use of injectables.
What We Treat
- Horizontal forehead creases (Frontalis) that form when the eyebrows are raised
- Vertical creases between the eyebrows (Glabella or the 11s) that form while frowning
- Crow’s Feet or wrinkles that form on the outer side of the eyes while smiling or squinting
- Lines, known as Bunny Lines, that appear on either side of your nose when scrunched
- TMJ and migraines - Masseters to slim and contour the lower face
- Excessive sweating of the underarms (Hyperhidrosis).
- The Lip Flip adds the appearance of volume to the upper lip.
- Gummy Smile reduces the amount of gums showing under the upper lip while smiling.

What It Costs
Neuromodulators: $9/Unit
What Are Neuromodulators (Botox & Dysport)?
Neuromodulators such as Botox® and Dysport® are trusted, non-surgical treatments used to soften fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing the muscles responsible for expression lines.
While Botox® is the most recognized name, treatments like Dysport® offer similar benefits and may be better suited for larger areas such as the forehead. Both use botulinum toxin A to temporarily reduce muscle movement, helping to smooth the skin while maintaining natural expression.

WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT DERMAL FILLERS
Restore Structure and Volume For Facial Rejuvenation
Dermal fillers are a powerful tool for restoring lost volume and enhancing facial structure in areas like the cheeks, jawline, chin, and lips. As we age, collagen and fat naturally diminish, leading to sagging, hollowing, and fine lines—but fillers offer a simple, effective way to lift and rejuvenate the face. At Moser MediSpa & Rejuvenation in London Ontario, we use temporary hyaluronic acid-based fillers that attract moisture and provide immediate support, leaving skin hydrated, contoured, and refreshed.
While fillers can offer beautiful results on their own, they’re often most effective when used in combination with other treatments, especially neuromodulators like Botox® or Dysport®. The two work synergistically: neuromodulators relax muscles to soften expression lines, while fillers restore structure beneath the skin. Many clients choose to combine Botox treatments with skin rejuvenation services such as Microneedling or PRF therapy depending on their treatment goals.
And when skin is first tightened using regenerative treatments like Fotona4D®, much less filler is needed. That’s because we’re placing volume under firm, supportive tissue rather than under lax, stretched skin, making the results look more natural and balanced.
Full effects of filler typically develop within two weeks and can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months, depending on the area treated and the product used.
If you're looking for subtle, natural-looking enhancement—not to look "done" or overfilled—you’re in the right hands. I’ll build a personalized plan to support your goals and bring out your best features, without ever losing what makes you you.
